Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reizu1ar meeting.of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, waseMld on t 7th day of

Counciimember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-140
APPROVING AWARD OF BID FOR PARKERS LAKE PAVILION
WHEREAS, 10 bids were received in accordance with City established bidding
procedures, and
WHEREAS, the low bidder in the amount of $356,923 was submitted by Belair
Builders, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the City's consulting architect, Del Erickson, has recommended
awarding the contract to Belair Builders, Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid for the Parkers Lake Pavilion is awarded to
Belair Builders, Inc., in the amount of $356,923 and further, funding for this
project shall come from $200,000 of federal revenue sharing funds and $235,773
from park dedication, setting an overall project budget of $435,773, and
further that $200,000 revenue sharing 203-203-965 will be transferred to
central equipment 602-602-921 and $200,000 will be transferred to Parkers Lake.
Pavilion 401-401 Project 808.
The Notion for the adption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
