The following members were present: following members were sent: None eRa *a• Councilmember Zi ur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88 -139 APPROVING MASTER PLAN FOR ST. MARY'S NEIGHBORHOOD PARK WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has held two public meetings and conducted a written survey, and WHEREAS, .the City's park consultant, Barton-Aschman, has prepared alternative concept. plans for St. Mary's neighborhood park, and WHEREAS, based on citizen input and Park and Recreation Advisory Commission review and discussion, and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended a master plan for St. Mary's neighborhood park on Wednesday, February 17, and WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has also recommended approval of the master plan for St. Mary's neighborhood park, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL' OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the master plan for St. Mary's neighborhood park, dated February 17, 1988, is hereby approved and further, that the City's consultant, Barton-Aschman, is authorized to proceed with the preparation of final plans and specifications for Project No. 808 St. Mary's Neighborhood Park. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in Favor thereof: -yor_Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, BLcke44 Zitur and Sisk 71he following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. tw* a+ea •�►a
