Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council'of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 7th
day of March , 19 88 The following members were

RESOLUTION NO. 88-137
PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE
SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LICENSE
KENNETH YOUNGBERG DBA KENNY'S LIQUORS
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Code provides that an off -sale liquor license issued
by the City Council may be denied, suspended or revoked by the Council for
conviction of any crime or misdemeanor pertaining to a license held or applied
for, subject to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes Chapter 364; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth City Code Section 1005.23 provides that no license may be
suspended or revoked until after a hearing is held; and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Department has reported that agents for the licensee
have been convicted for the sale of intoxicating liquor to a minor on May 30,
1987; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City Code, a hearing was held on March 7, 1988
to determine whether the license should be suspinded or revoked;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does Impose a $1,000 fine. The
fine is stayed for one year on the following conditions:
1. that the licensee have no liquor license violation during the one year
period. -
2. that the licensee donate $500 to Independent School District No. 281
chemical health program.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, tie
