Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 88- 136
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING
FOR PETER BIH, THE TEA HOUSE
WHEREAS, application for an On -Sale Intoxicating License has been received from
Peter Bih, dba The Tea House, 88 Nathan Lane, for consideration and approval by
the Plymouth City Council, in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII,
Section 1200; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no
reason to deny the license request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that On -Sale Intoxicating License `be approved for
The Tea House, 88 Nathan Lane, for Peter Bih for the period March 8, 1988
through January 31, 1989.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, M
