Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of February , 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schne4aer� Zouncilmemner' s as lou, Ricer,
Zitur and Sisk The
following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-120
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR FOR THE MEADOWS OF BASS LAKE FOR
CRAIG SCHERBER (87059)
WHEREAS, Craig Scherber has requested approval for d Final Plat for The Meadows of Bass
Lake, a plat for 25 single family lots and one outlot located northwest of Pineview
Lane and Schmidt Lake Road; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the Improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Craig Scherber for The Meadows of Bass Lake located northwest of Pineview
Lane and Schmidt Lake Road; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
voted In favor thereof: Mayor Sch Idert Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker Zituc
