Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2� day of FebruarX, 1988. The

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-118
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
NORTH OF STATE HIGHWAY 55, AT QUAKER LANE (AS EXTENDED) (87123)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an. Ordinance rezoning certain land located
north of State Highway 55, at Quaker Lane (as extended), and south of 10th Avenue North
(as extended) from I-1 (planned idustrial) District to B-1 (office limited business)
District in conjunction with approval of the Final Plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat to be filed with
Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted In favor thereof: Mayor, chneider, Counclimembers Vasiliou, Ricker,
Zitur and Sisk The following
voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
