Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the "th� day of Februar , 1988. The

Zitur and Sisk The

Counclimember Vasiliou Introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-95
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
EAST OF 45TH AVENUE NNORTH AND FERNBROOK LANE (87128)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located east
of 45th Avenue North and Fernbrook Lane from FRD (future restricted development)
District to R-3 (medium density multiple residence) District in conjunction with
approval of the Final Plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat to be filed with
Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconds d by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
voted In favor thereof: Mayor SchHelder, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur
