Pursuant to due call and notice thereof; a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of
February , 1988. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 88
GEOMETRIC LAYOUT APPROVAL
COUNTY ROAD 6/I-494 INTERCHANGE
RECONSTRUCTION OF I-494 FROM CARLSON PARKWAY TO HIGHWAY 55
CITY PROJECT NO. 250
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared a
preliminary layout for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 393
re -numbered as Trunk Highway No. 494 within the corporate limits of the City
of Plymouth, from the 1.6 Mi. S. Jet. T.H. 55 to 0.6 Mi. N. Jct. T.H. 55; and
seeks the approval thereof; and
WHEREAS, said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the Department
of Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and
identified as Layout No. SR -IA S.P. 2785-88035 (494393) from 1.6 Mi. S. Jct.
T.H. 55 to 0.6 Mi. N. Jct. T.H. 55.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED: that said preliminary layouts for the
improvement of said Trunk Highway with the corporate limits be and hereby are
approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
