Introduced the following Resolution and moved
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 87
AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL.
CARLSON PARKWAY AND COUNTY ROAD 61
CITY PROJECT NO. 750
WHEREAS, Agreement for participation in the construction and operation of
traffic control signal system on County State Aid Highway No. 61 at Carlson
Parkway/6th Avenue North, Hennepin County Project No. 8721, Agreement No. PW
82-17-87 has been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED: That said Agreement in all things he
approved.
8E I1' FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
Agreement No. 82-17-87, Hennepin County Project No. 8721 and City Project No.
750.
FURTHER, that the funding for the project in the amount of $60,000 he provided
from the City M.S.A. Fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmemher � UX , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
