Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of
February , 1988. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 8S
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL
CITY CENTER BUILDING - HUMIDIFICATION SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, as owner, and Doody Mechanical, Inc., as
contractor, have entered into an agreement for the City Center Building
Humidification system, said agreement being dated March 17, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer, Michaud, Cooley, Erickson 6 Associates, Inc., has
certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of the final request for
payment; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $39,699.410, two change
orders were approved in the amount of $2,751.00 and the
value of the work completed is $42,450.00.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for City Center
Building Humidification system and certified to the Council
by the engineer as acceptable being the same is hereby
released from the contract except as to the conditions of
the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the owner,
required guarantees and correction of faulty work after
final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 4 and Final in the amount of
$4,245.00 to Doody Mechanical, Inc. for City Center Building
Humidification system in hereby approved and the City
Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay
the same forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cnuncilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker,
Zit_ur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
