Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of
February , 1988. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-84
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH
SUPER CYCLE, INC. FOR RECYCLING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth desires to continue its Recycling Curbside
Pickup Program for another year; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth desires to expand and improve the Recycling
program through weekly pickups; and
WHEREAS, the amount to be paid for Recycling services is within the amount
previously budgeted by the City Council for Recycling services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to
enter into a contract with Super Cycle, Inc. for Recycling Curbside Pickup
services for one year beginning February 1, 1988.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmemher Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
