SETTING CONDITIONS TO HE MET PRIOR 10 FILlNC AND REGARDING 1_01 DIVISION 1014 KARIN AND
RANDY CREMFRS (38001)
WHEREAS, the City Council baa approved d tot Dlvtslon for Karen and Randy Cremears for
the division of Lot 1, Block 1, ANNICK ARCS, toodted at 4395 Juneau Lane, under
Resolution No. 81 i
NOWo THEREFORE, RE 1T HERERY RESOLVED BY THF CITY COUNCIL OF THE: CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that It should and hereby does direct the following conditions to he met prior
to filing of and regarding etaid Lot Divisions
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback vdri4nc05 are granted or Implied.
i. Compllanc;e with Policy Resolution No. 79 -SO regarding minimum floor elevatlonei for
new Wtruotures on Sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water drainage;
facilities.
4. Payment of park dedtuation feea-in-lieu of dcedtodtlon prior to Issuane a of Build
log Permit In accordance with City Policy in effect at they time Of flllnei of tho
Division.

County.
P. Submittal of 411 necessary utility easements prior to filing I-ot Dlvlatoo with
