Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-81
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR KAREN AND RANDY CREMERS FOR 4395 JUNEAU LANE (88001)
WHEREAS, Karen and Randy Cremers have requested approval for a Lot Division of property
to allow the creation of two lots, one lot for the existing single family residential
unit and one lot for future development on property located at 4395 Juneau Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
WSOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 1, Block 1, ANNICK ACRES, Hennepin County, Minnesota
to be divided as follows:
PARCEL A:
Lot 1, Block 1, ANNICK ACRES, according to the duly recorded plat thereof. EXCEPT
that part thereof lying south and east of the following described line: Commenc-
ing at the most southerly corner of said Lot 1; thence North 64 degrees 46 minutes
38 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the Southerly line of said Lot 1 a
distance of 528.15 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be herein
described; thence North 0 degrees 00 minutes 47 seconds East 228.85 feet; thence
South 89 degrees 59 minutes 13 seconds East 150.00 feet to the east line of said
Lot 1 and there terminating.
PARCEL B:
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, ANNICK ACRES, lying south and east of the following
described line: Commencing at the most southerly corner of said Lot 1; thence
North 64'degrees 46 minutes 38 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the southerly
line of said Lot 1 a distance of 528.15 feet to the point of beginning of the line
to be herein described; thence North 0 degrees 00 minutes 47 seconds East 228.85
feet; thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 13 seconds East 150.00 feet to the east
line of said Lot 1 and there terminating. According to the duly recorded plat
thereof.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councl! mber Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
vot n favor t reo :a�c3`c neider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur
voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly pa3sR and adopted.
