HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-075CM OF PLVND TH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinq of the city Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day of February --, 1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneide�ouncilmembers Vasi lou Ricker Zitur and Sisk he following members were absent: None sem* �•. +rr• Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL11TION NO. 88-75 SETTING CONDITIONS TO HE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO THE FINAL PLAT FOR WILLOW GROVE OFFICE PARK SECOND ADDITION FOR CRAIG FREEMAN, FREEMAN'S INC. (87106) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Willow Grove Office Park Second Addition as requested by Craig Freeman, Freeman's Inc.; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permits. 3. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regardinq minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. S. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 6. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat. 7. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. S. Written evidence must be submitted showing that the City of St. Louis Park has permitted access onto Shelard Parkway for this development, prior to issuance of Building Permit. The assessments shall be paid with the bulldinq permit or the developer may sign a waiver of assessment hearing and the assessments will be spread over 5 years. The Motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted In favor t reo : vor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker, Zitur and Sisk against or abstained: ne Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
