Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 88-68
APPROVING REQUEST FOR GAMBLING LICENSE
WEST MEDICINE LAKE COMMUNITY CLUB
WHEREAS, the City has received notice of an application from the Fest Medicine
Lake Community Club to the Minnesota Charitable Gambling Control Board to
renew their Class B license to operate raffles for 1988; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for
a charitable gambling license for The West Medicine Lake Community Club.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
