Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None Coun�jlmgmber Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-67 APPROVING RENEWAL OF ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY SALES LICENSES FOR HOLIDAY INN PLYMOUTH WHEREAS, application for renewal of on -sale intoxicating liquor and Sunday sales licenses have been received from Holiday Inn Plymouth, 3000 Harbor Lane, for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210; and WHEREAS, all fees have been paid, and the Police Department has investigated the applicant; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that renewal of on -sale intoxicating liquor and Sunday sales licenses be approved for the period beginning February 1, 1988 through January 31, 1989 for Holiday Inn Plymouth with the following condition: 1. Proof of payment of back property taxes for 1986 in the amount of $200,544.77 and for 1987 in the amount of $170,738.46 prior to February 1, 1988.
