Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 25th

Councjlmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-54
APPOINTMENT TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission consists of seven commissioners appointed to
three year terms expiring on January 31; and
WHEREAS, one of the positions is vacant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it does hereby appoint Joycelyn Tierney to the
Planning Conwkission to fill the term ending January 31, 1991.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
