Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t� day of January , 1988.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, _
Zitur and Sisk
The following me ers were absent: None
CoUncilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTIONS 88-35
ADOPTING CITY MANAGER PERFORMANCE STANDARDS AND MEASUREMENTS FOR 1987
WHEREAS, the City Council and City Manager have previously developed Performance
Standards and Measurements for the City Manager's position for 1987; and
WHEREAS, the City Council met on December 14 and reviewed the City Manager's
Performance Standards and Measurements and has determined that 80% of those objectives
were met by the City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA and in accordance with the 1987 Performance Standards and Measurements for
the City Manager, dated January S, 1987, which provides for a potential performance
Incentive of $4,500, that this Council has determined that the City Manager has met 80%
of the objectives contained therein and hereby determines that his 1987 performance
incentive shall be $3,600.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: _ Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker, Zitur
And Si;k
