Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rqular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 4th day of
January , 1988 . The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
members Vasiliou Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a -tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-34
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR PROJECT NO. 711
WHEREAS, the consulting engineer, Barton-Aschman Associates,
has recommended approval of final payment on Project No. 711,
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation concurs with
this recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that final payment in the
amount of $16,027.06 be paid to Barber Construction Company
for Project No. 711.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by rouneilmo ex zJxUr , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votedin favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmer-bers Vasiliou,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
