HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-029CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a recruar meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4thday of January , 1988. The fo-1loving. members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou , R_i e-lgr, 2i tnr and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-29 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND DEERWOOD ESTATES PLAT TWO (A-784) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated March 28, 1984, Wiswell Estates, Inc. and International Development, Inc., developer of Deerwood Estates Plat Two (A-784), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: 10 I= ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 25,800 $ 2,580 Sanitary Sewer 20,656 -0- Wetermain 34,379 -0- Storm Sewer -0- -0- Boulevard Sod 4,000 -0- Pand or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs -0- -0- Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 2,000 500 Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 2,000 -0- Site Grading and Drainage Improvements 5,000 -0- Park and Trail Improvements -0- -0- Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 11.260 370 TOTAL $ 105,095 $ 3,450 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $8,490 to $3,450 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by rnis-rilmpmtiPr -itur , and upon vote being taken thereonthe following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricier, Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
