City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88=22
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
TO THE ELM CREEK WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Elm Creek Water Conservation District for 1988;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Fred Moore is hereby. appointed as Director and
Vern Peterson as Alternate Director to the Elm Creek Water Conservation District for
a term expiring January 31, 1989.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing r+.:aolution was duly seconded by
