Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regrul4r meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th
day of January , 19 88 The following members were

Councilmember Zitur Introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 21
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City has - been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Suburban Rate Authority for 1988, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Fred Moore is hereby appointed as Director and
Virgil Schneider as Alternate Director to the Suburban Rate Authority for a term
expiring January 31, 1989.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, Tre-
