CITY OF PLYMOUTH !
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of
January 1988. The following were present: Mayor Schneider,
Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmemlier Sisk introduced the following Resolution and-moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 18
e° RATIFYING SURETY AND BLANKET BONDS
FOR CITY EMPLOYEES FOR 1988
WHEREAS, surety .bonds for certain City employees and a general bond covering
all City employees are required for 1988,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that surety bonds insuring the intregrity and honest
performance of duties by the following named employees in the amounts set
forth are hereby ratified and confirmed for the'year 1988:
City Manager
Finance Director
Assessor
City Clerk
General bond covering all
City employees

The motion for. the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof Mayor Schneider,.Councilmembers.Vasiliou, Ricker,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
