Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of Januar , 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schne e1d r,Z.ouncilme ersVasillou, Ricker,
Zitur and Sisk
following me ers were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-08
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR MIDWEST
BRICK FOR MIDWEST BRICK AND SUPPLY COMPANY (87064)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Midwest Brick for Midwest
Brick and Supply Company;
NOW, -THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication tees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of filing of final plat for Lot 1 containing the
existing building; fees for Lot 2 will be paid according to the policy in effect
prior to issuance of a building permit.
3. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
4. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
5. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
6. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin Cnunty.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote heing taken thereon, the followlrq

Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
