RESOLUTION 88-07
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR MIDWEST BRICK (87064)
WHEREAS, Dan O'Brien, representing Midwest Brick and Supply Company, has requested
approval for a Final Plat for Midwest Brick, a plat for two industrial lots northwest
Of 513t Avenue North and County Road 18; and,
WHEREAS$ the City Council approved a preliminary plat under Resolution No. 87-515 on
August 39 1987;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Midwest Brick and
Supplay Company for Midwest Brick located northwest of 51st Avenue North and County
Road 18.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, tee—followTnq
