HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-002CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of January , 1988 . The following members were present: Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliouj Ricker Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None RRR RRR RRR introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-02 SETTING CONSULTANT FEES FOR THE PARKERS LAKE PAVILION PROJECT WHEREAS, the existing consultant contract for the Parkers Lake Pavilion calls for a not to exceed fee of $44,000, and WHEREAS, the consultant has requested the City consider a $5,000 increase for a total fee of $49,000 to cover increased costs; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to make payments to the consulting architect with a not to exceed fee of The motion for the adoption of the for.- Ding Resolution was duly seconded by and 1r,in vote being taken thereon, the fOliC-.'Ing Voted in faVOT t ergo : Pfay, r Schneider.
