Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-841
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT - PARKERS LAKE PARK PHASE II

WHEREAS, H.L. Johnson Company has completed all necessary work at Parkers Lake
Park Phase II, and
WHEREAS, the City's consultant, Brauer and Associates, has recommended the
approval of final payment in the amount of $16,751.60, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation also recommends approval of
final payment,
NOW, TEfRUORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY OOL)NC:IL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMXTH, MINNESOTA, that final payment is approved in the amount of
$16,751.60 to H.L. Johnson Company for Project No. 712 Parkers Lake Park.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Z' , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
