Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 14th daN, of

WHEREAS, the City's coLsultant, Brauer and Associates, has recommended
approval of Change Order No. 6 in the amount of $1,800 for Project No. 712,
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation also recommends approval of
Change Order No. 6,
Now, mimREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COU CIL OF THE CITY OF
PLY43M, MIMIESMTA, that Change Order No. 6 for Project No. 712 Parkers Lake
Park Phase II is hereby approved in the amount of $1,800.
