Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 14th day of
naepahpr , 1987. The following members were present: ,
MIYOr Schneider, Councilumbers Vasiliou, Zitur, Crain and Sisk

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-839
REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the road
hereinafter described (designated as a County State Aid Highway) should be
revoked as a Municipal State Aid street under the provisions of Minnesota
Lava;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, that the road described as follows
to -wit;
Zinnia Lane from C.S.A.H. 15 to Ridgemount Avenue
be, and hereby is revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject
to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clark is hereby authorized and directed
forthwith to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the
Cosmissioner of Highways for his consideration.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmesber Sisk , and upon vote bein`` taken thereon. the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Counc3lfe'bers Y.asiliou, Zitur,
Qa'in . _and Sisk '
The following voted against or abstained: None
