Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a sFecisl meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plysouth, Minnesota was held on the 14th day of

The following m bars were absent: None
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 838
REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the road
hereinafter described (designated as a County State Aid Highway) should be
revoked as a Municipal State Aid street under the provisions of Minnesota
Laws;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, that the road described as follows
to -wit;
Ridgesount Avenue on the south city limits from Zinnia Lane to
Vinewood Lane
be, and hereby is revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject
to the approval of the Cosmissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
forthwith to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the
Cosssissioner of Highways for his consideration.
The lsotion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Ceuneilmemher Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur, ,
Crain and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None .
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
