Cminrilmnmher Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-835
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE EASEMENT
FOE RUN 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Lundgren Brothers Construction, Inc. ham
petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following easement:
A perpetual easement for storm water ponding purposes over and
across that part of Outlot A, Fox Run 2nd Addition, according to
the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the
Registrar of Titles, described as f..)llows: Beginning at the
southeast corner of said Outlot A; thence northerly along the
east line of said Outlot A, 80.00 feet; thence westerly to the
most easterly corner of Lot 1, Block 1 of said Fox Run 2nd
Addition; thence southeasterly along the southwesterly lines of
said Outlot A. to the point of beginning
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
January 11, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provide by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
