Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a spec.i.. meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 14[11 day of
December 1987. The following members were present: ,

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-834
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT
GLFN ECHO PONDS 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.85., Richard Dempsey has petitioned the City
Council for the vacation of the following utility and drainage easement:
That part of Lot 4, Block 2, Glen Echo Ponds 2nd Addition
described as follows: The south 10 feet of the north 40 feet of
the east 126.50 feet of the west 136.50 feet.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
January 11, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provide by law.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council slember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Hanr Schneider, Cnuncilmemhers Vasiliou, Zitur_ ,
Crain and Sick
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
