Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota. was held on the 14th day of December 19 87.

Counc�lmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88 - 826
APPROVING TAXI DRIVER LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for Taxi Driver licenses have been received by the City of
Plymouth for consideration and approval in accordance with Plymouth City Code,
Chapter 1146; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted investigations of the applicants and
finds no reason to deny the licenses requested;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that Taxi Driver licenses be approved for a period from January 1, 1988,
throught December 31, 1988; for the following:
Yellow Taxi Service
Bruce Stein
Mark Adair
A. Giarushi
Dwight Bradley
Russell Limongelli
Town Taxi
John Elkins
Gary Bosch
George Scott
Henry Bierbrauer
AND FURTHER, that such approval is contingent upon the receipt by the City of
acceptable certificates of insurance no later than January 4, 1988; documenting
continuous liability insurance coverage throughout the calendar year in the amounts
set forth by Plymouth City Code.
AND FURTHER, that if the required Certificate of Insurance is not provided to the
City of Plymouth by January 4, 1988, this license is void as of January 4, 1988.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
