Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of
December , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Sc eider.

its adoption:

WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended the
selection of new playground equipment for Lions Park, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is in concurrence with this
recommendation,

NOW, n RUCRE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TRE CITY OMWIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMx.TlfI, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized
to proceed with the purchase of:
- one BigrToy PS-12AB
- one Buoy PR -37
- one Miracle Cyclone Slide 132-3
- one backhoe digger
- one springed animal,
and further, that the cost for this purchase is to be taken from the park
dedication 219-219 neighborhood parks account.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by ncilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon the
fol owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers V"iliou,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
