Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Tth _, day of Decemher ,

Zitur. Crain and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 812
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
DEEP WELL NO. 9
PROJECT NO. 625
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Description of Work:
Assessing seven days liquidated damages for late completion.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Deep Well No. 9, Project No. 625 is recommended for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for Deep Well No. 9, Project No. 625 by deducting
$1,400.00 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $75,409.00
Previous Change Orders 0.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - DEDUCT 1.400.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $74,009.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur. Crain and Sisk ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
