Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rP,gular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of necemher ,
1987. The following members were present: MMnynr Srhneidar, Cnnnrilme here Vasiliou ,
itnr, Crain and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmemher Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-811
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
T.H. 101 AND FERNBROOK LANE TRAILS
PROJECT NO. 724
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Additional concrete retaining wall along State Highway 101,
additional siltation fence and insulate water service.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the T. H. 101 and Fernbrook Trail Improvements
Contract, City Project No. 724 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 2 for T. H. 101 and Fernbrook Lane Trail Improvements
Contract, Project No. 724 by adding $14,496.00 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $124,160.25
Previous Change Orders 16,288.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - ADD 14.496.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $154,944.25
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
COunCilmemher Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur. Crain and Sisk
The following voted against o: abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
