HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-810CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular -meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of December 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, C:nunrilmPmbercyacilin„ , Zitur. Crain and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-810 RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - WIND RIDGE AT BASS LAKE 6TH ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November 16, 1987, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Wind Ridge at Bass Lake 6th Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on December 7, 1987; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted November 16, 1987. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Wright -Hennepin Cooperative Electric Association. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cnuncilmemher Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ►mayor Schneider.
