HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-809CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of December 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasi iou Zitur. Crain and Sisk The following members were absent: None Counci membef Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 809 APPROVING TRAFFIC SIGNAL PLANS COUNTY ROAD 61 AND CARLSON PARKWAY CITY PROJECT NO. 750 WHEREAS, plans for Hennepin County Project No. 8721 showing proposed traffic control signal installation at the intersection of County State Aid Highway No. 61 and Carlson Parkway within the limits of the City, as a State Aid Project, have been prepared and presented to the City. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED: That said plans be in all things approved and that the City agrees to provide the enforcement for the prohibition of on -street parking on those portions of said Project No. 8721 within its corporate limits. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fellowin v ted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur, Crain and �is�C , The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
