HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-806CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of December , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou , Zitur, Crain and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-806 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND BASS LAKE ESTATES ADDITION (64091) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated August 6, 1985, Bass Lake Development, Inc., developer of Bass Lake Estates Addition (84091), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ktiE Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watormain Storm Sewer Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Site Grading and Drainage Improvements Park and Trail Improvements Design, Administration, Inspection, As -Built@ TOTAL $115,757 $ 11,576 53,983 -0- 52,902 -0- 60,895 -0- 9,600 4,000 -0- -0- 600 600 87,850 -0- 3,950 43-264 3,950 2-415 $ 428,801 $ 22,541 That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $34,296 to $22,541 to reflect the completed work.
