Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
io the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of December ,
1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasili tit ,
Zitur, Crain and Sisk

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-803
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
ZACHARY HILLS 4TH ADDITION (79045)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 20, 1964, and revised
July 1, 1984, Marvin H. Anderson Construction Company, developer of Zachary Hills 4th
Addition (79045) has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading
as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the
completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:
That the letter of credit required be reduced from $7,392 to $5,600 to reflect the
completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the letter of credit required for public improvements
(Project 412) originally set at $162,880 per the revised development and subsequently
reduced to $137,875 per Levy Number 9717 can be further reduced to $0 (Zero) due to
prepayments.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember, Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: _MMayor Schneider, ronprilmaimhprs Vaci 1 iniz, 7itirr- rrnin and Si sif ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
