HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-799CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of December 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou 7itii Crain and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 799 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND GLEN ECHO PONDS (84006) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated May 30, 1984, Lyman Lumber Company, Dennis D. Gonyea and Frances Ann Gonyea, developer of Glen Echo Ponds (84008), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: Street Construction $ 77,300 $ -0- Sanitary Sewer 58,100 -0- Watermain 55,900 -0- Storm Sewer 58,800 -0- Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 8,500 900 (comm. 500 Res. 400) Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Site Grading and Drainage Improvements Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Park and Trail Improvements Design, Administration, Inspection, As -Built* TOTAL -0- -0- 300 -0- 2,000 200 47,000 -0- 2,000 200 8,200 -0- 38_ 172 -Jib $ 356,272 $ 1,456 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $12,096 to $1,456 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by ouncilmember Ziturand upon vote being taken thereon, the followins voted in favor thereof: INaYor Sc neider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur, Crain and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. fir ,� ,tom
