Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of December , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schnedem r, Councilmembers Vaas.11oU7, Zitur,
Crain and Sisk The

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-790
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR WEAVER ADDITION FOR DELMER WEAVER
(87081)
WHEREAS, Delmer Weaver has requested approval for Final Plat for Weaver Addition, a
plat for eight single family residential lots located north of 26th Avenue North and
Shadyview Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Delmer Weaver for Weaver Addition located north of 26th Avenue North and
Shadyview Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the ?Tloow nq
