Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the `7th day of December , 1987. The

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-785
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR
DENNIS BACKES, NORTHWOOD HOMES, FOR PONDS NORTH AND ROGER H. SCHERER, FOR SCHERER
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT (87108)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Consolidation for Dennis Backes, Northwood
Homes for Ponds North and Roger H. Scherer, for Scherer Industrial Development, for
property located at the northwest corner of Nathan Lane and 54th Avenue North, under
Resolution No. ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Consolidation
with Hennepin County.
3. Appropriate deed restrictions and covenants, as approved by the City Attorney,
shall be filed on the property restricting future division of the property.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Siskand upon vote being taken thereon, the follownq
