Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of December , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schne eC� r�uncilme ers as ou Zitur,
Crain and Sisk The
following me ers were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-784
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR DENNIS BACKES, NORTHWOOD HOMES, FOR PONDS NORTH AND
ROGER H. SCHERER, FOR SCHERER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT (87108)
WHEREAS, Dennis Backes, Northwood Homes and Roger H. Scherer, have requested
consolidation of platted Lot 1, Block 3, Ponds North and Lot 4, Block 2, Scherer
Industrial Development into one lot to become part of the Scherer Industrial
Development; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the followinq Consolidation:
Lot 1, Block 3, Ponds North Addltlon; Hennepin County, Minnesota AND
Lot 4, Block 2, Scherer Industrial Development, Hennepin County, Minnesota
To be consolidated Into a single new parcel; and,
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur, and upon vote being taken thereon, C e toll q

Resolution was declared duly passed and a opte
