Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of December , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneefc� r Z ounciImembeers Vasil "ou, Zitur

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-782
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR PONDS NORTH FOR DENNIS BACKES,
NORTHWOOD HOMES (87058)
WHEREAS, Dennis Backes, Northwood Homes, has requested approval for a Final Plat for
Ponds North, a plat for 124 dwelling units on approximately 30 acres located at the
northwest corner of Nathan Lane and 54th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Dennis Backes, Northwood Homes for Ponds North located at the northwest
corner of Nathan Lane and 54th Avenue North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
