Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of December , 1987. The
following members were present: Ma or Schnei eer,Coouncilmembers__V5slTlou, Cram,

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 87-781
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RONALD PENTZ, PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY
(87114)
WHEREAS, Ronald Pentz, Prudential Insurance Company, has requested a Conditional Use
Permit to operate a convenience store for the tenants of 3033 Campus Drive; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Ronald Pentz, Prudential
Insurance Company for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a 1,100 sq. ft. convenience
store to serve the tenants at the building located at 3033 Campus Drive, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to the Prudential Insurance Company of America as operator of
the facility and shall not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. There shall be no signage allowed on the property relative to the use.
5. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related
materials.
6. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions.
7. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be verified
by the City prior to Permit issuance.
8. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply with the Zoning
Ordinance.
9. The convenience store shall be for the tenants of "Flagship" building at 3033
Campus Drive, and is considered an accessory use to this complex.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o ow nq

Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
