Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of November
1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou ,
The following members were absent: Councilmembgr Z"ti ur
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-775
APPROVING ADOPTION OF FIVE YEAR IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
1988 - 1992
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a Capital Improvements Program for the year
1988 through 1992; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been recommended by the Planning Commission as to
consistency with all local comprehensive plans; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been reviewed by the public at a public hearing
conducted on August 26, 1987;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the Capital Improvements Program for the year 1988 through 1992 is
hereby adopted as the official Capital Improvements Program for the City of Plymouth
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Co
uncilmember Sisk and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: mnynr Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Crain and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
