Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of November , 1987.

The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur
Counclimember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-773
AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEIT PARCELS
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a list of non -conservation lands which have
become tax forfeit as a result of nonpayment of property tax and/or special
assessments; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Council's Tax Forfeit policy, each parcel has been
reviewed; and
WHEREAS, the Council has deemed it appropriate that certain parcels be authorized for
public sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, authorized the following parcels for
Inclusion in the Hennepin County public sale:

21-118-22-33-0234

23-118-22-31-0011
24-118-22-14-0004
36-118-22-22-0018
AND FURTHER, that public sale of Parcel 24-118-22-14-0004 be subject to ponding and
drainage easements over the property as required by the City's Storm Water Drainage
Plan.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counclimember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followR voted In favor thereof: ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Crain
and Sisk
The followIng voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
