wr Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of November
1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
cy-ni_n and Sick
The following m obers were absent: Councilmember Zitur
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-771
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
ZACHARY LANE WATER TREATMENT PLANT
PROJECT NO. 431
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
The purpose of this change order is to describe modifications to
the plana and specifications deemed necessary by the City Building
Inspector to conform to the current City codes.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is recomionded for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TM CITY OF PLY11011TH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for the Zachary Lege Yater Treatatsnt Plant is
approved.
Original Contract Amount $3,500,156.00
Previous Change Orders 0,00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO.1 4_2S2.29
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $3,503,208.28
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_ Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being takyn thereon the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Crain and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
