HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-766CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of November 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers VaSilloll renin and Sisk The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur , tet fte ee* Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-766 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND BASS LAKE HEIGHTS 2ND ADDITION (83008) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated August 28, 1984, BLH Development Company, developer of Bass Lake Heights 2nd Addition, (83008), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: I= ORIGYMAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 34,864 $ -0- Sanitary Sewer 26,117 -0- Watermain 22,496 -0- Storm Sewer -0- -0- Boulevard Sod 4,200 200 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 300 -0- Street Swooping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 2,000 -0- Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 2,000 -0- Site Grading and Drainage Improvements 46,000 -0- Park and Trail Improvements -0- -0- Design, Administration, Inspection, As -Built* 16-557 -O- TOTAL $ 154,534 S 200 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $6,384 to $200 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken 10thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: Navor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Crain and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
